The brilliance of the band saw box lies in the ability to save and use the "offcuts". When forming the cavity that is the inside of the box a block of wood is removed and from that block another box or even a bowl can be made. In the case of these Cedar Jewel Boxes, the smaller of the two has been carved from the core of the larger box. This means that these boxes are NESTING BOXES! Saving materials is a great thing and saving money is pretty cool too!  If you buy both, you'll save both! To top it off, both boxes are finished with Tried & True, a food-safe Danish Oil.
